Most software on the market was built somewhere else and then dressed up for Nigeria. It doesn't speak Naira natively, doesn't connect to Flutterwave out of the box, and ignores how property really moves here: dedicated accounts, WhatsApp threads, and trust networks.
We started Rentyx because we were tired of watching serious property managers run multi-million Naira portfolios on spreadsheets, paper receipts, and group chats. There's a better way, and it shouldn't cost you a weekend to set up.
